We provide a full spectrum of daily care within one intimate setting. Unlike large facilities, we don’t require residents to navigate between departments. Everything happens here, by people they know and trust.
Our intimate environment is uniquely suited to memory care. With only four residents, our caregivers maintain consistent routines, familiar faces, and a calm atmosphere, all shown to reduce distress in residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
We are trained in person-centered dementia care approaches and work closely with families and physicians to adapt care as needs evolve.
Our small 4-resident setting helps reduce the confusion and overstimulation that can happen in larger care environments. Residents are surrounded by familiar rooms, predictable routines, and a quieter household rhythm that supports comfort and recognition.
We provide dignified, respectful assistance with all activities of daily living, from bathing and dressing to grooming and mobility support. Our approach always prioritizes the resident’s independence: we help with what is needed, and encourage what is possible.
Caregivers take time to understand what each resident can do safely on their own and where a steady hand is helpful. We support daily tasks in a way that preserves confidence, choice, and as much independence as possible.
Accurate, on-time medication administration is a cornerstone of our care. We maintain detailed medication logs, coordinate refills, and work directly with pharmacies and prescribing physicians to ensure every resident receives exactly what they need, when they need it.
Our team documents medication administration carefully and watches for changes that may need follow-up. Families are kept informed about medication updates, refill needs, and questions that arise so everyone involved in the resident’s care stays aligned.
Three home-cooked meals daily, plus snacks, prepared in our kitchen and served at our dining table. We accommodate dietary restrictions, cultural preferences, and personal favorites. Because one of the greatest joys of a good day is a good meal.
Meals are also a time for connection, conversation, and the familiar feeling of gathering as a household. Sharing the table helps residents feel included in the daily life of the home, not separated from it.
